Network and speed improvements thanks to JaredTweed:
• Halved the amount of network requests
• Now also uses Librivox's API falling back on archive.org's when it can't
• Added UserAgent on requests
• Different sources for book thumbnails are checked
• Unseen books in library screen are prefetched to speedup scrolling
• Added a limit to parallel network requests
• Requests are retried a number of attempts if they fail
• Many more!
