• Fixed: fast VPN firewall off/on could leave it off.
• Fixed: with Block All on root/Shizuku, apps could stay unblocked while the firewall showed on. Starts that can't read the app list now report the firewall down.
• Fixed: package actions could wrongly report missing root or Shizuku.
• Fixed: VPN mode drained the battery (CPU-busy tunnel, frequent root checks).
• Fixed: for work/clone profile apps, VPN rules, Force stop, Reinstall and new-app notifications could hit your personal profile.
